Common questions

How do I check IPO allotment status by PAN?

Pick the IPO, tick the PANs you saved, and run the check. The PAN goes to that IPO's registrar and the result comes back with the applicant's name and the shares allotted.

Which registrars can I check here?

Bigshare Services, KFin Technologies and MUFG Intime. For an IPO handled by another registrar, the IPO's page links to that registrar's own allotment page.

When is IPO allotment announced?

The registrar usually publishes allotment about one working day after the IPO closes, in the evening. Each IPO page shows its expected allotment date and says when allotment is out.

Can I check allotment for more than one PAN?

Yes. Save every family member's PAN once, then every check runs against all of them together. You can also paste a list or upload a sheet of PANs.

Is my PAN stored anywhere?

A PAN reaches our server only while a check runs, and is passed to the registrar. Saved PANs stay in your browser unless you sign in, in which case they are encrypted on our server.
